Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your return shipping is completely free of charge.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unaltered hair extensions in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
